This is an on-site position. As the Director of Operations you will be overall responsible for daily operations of all things Traffic Control. You should hold a valid and up to date TCDS-TCS.  You will train new staff members as well as aid in the coordination of permits and scheduling technicians. You will have 3-4 direct reports and up to 20 additional team members.  Competitive salary (115 - 130), defined quarterly bonus structure, PTO, paid holidays.

Must be able to be on your feet up to 12 hours a day and continually lift up to 70 pounds. 

This is an on-site position. As the Operations Manager you will report directly to the Director of Operations.  You will manage daily operations of all things Traffic Control to include: permitting, set up, tear down and coordinating with dispatch. You should hold a valid and up to date TCDS-TCS.  You will train new staff members as well as aid in the coordination of permits and scheduling technicians. You will have 8-12 direct reports.  Competitive salary (95 - 115), defined quarterly bonus structure, PTO, paid holidays.

This is a hybrid position which can grow to be fully remote with a proven track record. As the Dispatcher / Scheduler you will work along side the Operations Managers and report to the Director of Operations.  You will be overall responsible for the scheduling and dispatching of all traffic control operations mentioned on our services page. The right person is extremely organized and detail oriented.  Competitive salary (75 - 85), PTO, paid holidays.

This is an on-site position. The right candidate will have the ability to be outside up to 12 hours per day and continually lift up to 70 pounds. This position requires a valid and up to date TCT certification. You will be responsible for reading approved traffic control designs/permits and setting up work zones accordingly. A clean driving record is mandatory. Must pass a drug test prior to employment. 

While on site you will remain vigilant and ensure any issues are cared for immediately. Detailed daily reporting is required through the use of provided databases. 

$23 - $26 per hour. PTO, paid holidays. 

This is an on-site position. The right candidate will have the ability to be outside up to 12 hours per day and continually lift up to 70 pounds. While training to become a certified TCT you will be aiding with inventory, deliveries, as well as helping with set-up/tear down alongside TCTs. You will be learning to read read approved traffic control designs/permits and set up work zones accordingly. A clean driving record is mandatory. Must pass a drug test prior to employment. 

$18 - $21 per hour. PTO, paid holidays.
